On behalf of the officers and Board of Directors of your chapter, I’d like to welcome you to the new chapter year.  Our goal this year is to enhance your HFMA experience with more local educational and networking opportunities.  Please take a moment to look over our schedule of events.  We hope you find something that interests you, and if you don’t, we hope you let us know what does interest you.

For those of you looking to get more involved, you should take a look at the various committees we have.  The time you devote is completely up to you, but whenever someone new joins a committee, we always find new ideas, and get improvement in our overall membership satisfaction.  Take a moment and click through some of our Web pages.  I think you’ll see there are significant opportunities for you to show off your talents.

Whatever your role becomes in the chapter, we know we’re all impacting the lives of patients through our everyday work, and we also know we learn a lot when we simply visit with each other.  We’re working to enhance your networking opportunities through live education programs and fun social events.  We’re striving to boost these opportunities by collaborating with other organizations, and improving our sponsorship program.
